Name

'DJ!'

Crimpsy Dimpson is an underground jumptronica musical sensation who has mastered the 'DJ' mode on the keyboard. He is one of Jazz Emu's favourite musicians.

While in character, he appears aloof and mysterious, with a voice changer disguising his voice. Apparently he has never shown his face to anyone - apart from Jazz later on in the episode. Behind the mask, Crimpsy is a laid back, friendly man who seems very happy to be meeting his fans. He seems eager to let Jazz have a go wearing the helmet and cape, and enjoys watching him get the hang of his signature move.

By the end of the episode, Crimpsy Dimpson gains amnesia due to being hit on the head by a bowling ball. Because of this, Jazz then takes over the identity of 'Crimpsy Dimpson'.


Appearance

Crimpsy Dimpson is a tall, cloaked figure with a large discoball head. He has large red eyes and a foam grate where his mouth should be. Besides the cloak, he also wears a black skintight suit.

Under the costume, Crimpsy is an average looking malaysian-british man with dark hair and 70's style square glasses. He wears beige cargo shorts, a plain white shirt and long white socks. Additionally, he keeps his keys attatched to a carabiner clipped to his belt - something which is pointed out by an extreme close up during his introduction.


Abilities

  • Keyboard - Crimpsy Dimpson is an expert at the keyboard and is known for being the only person in the world to master the DJ mode.

Relationships

  • Jazz Emu - Crimpsy's fan / impersonator. Jazz is one of Crimpsy's biggest fans, seeming to idolize him to an extent. By the end of the episode Jazz has become his impersonator, by accidentally giving Crimpsy amnesia and needing to cover his tracks.

  • Pastrischa - Crimpsy's client. Pastrischa hires Crimpsy to the studio in an attempt at bringing some life back to their work. Little else is known about their relationship, but it seems that Pastrischa respects Crimpsy.
  • Ulla - Crimpsy's fan. While never directly interacting, Ulla appears to be a huge fan of Crimpsy's music.
